Meet Your Coach | Liz Kampschroeder, MS, M.Ed.
Liz brings 20 years of experience in public health and adult education to AesthetiKa. With a strong background in education, nutrition, and personal training, she has been health coaching clients for over 15 years in support of their individual goals.
Her clinical nutrition expertise and deep understanding of the human body are rooted in her passion for helping others learn safe, sustainable behavior change. Liz’s holistic approach combines evidence-based nutrition guidance with practical lifestyle strategies—meeting you where you are and helping you move toward where you want to be.
